Monday

Well, Alexis still had problems keeping down her food on Sunday so we took her into Acute Care for some help. They had us give her pedialite every hour throughout the night and she seems to be doing much better now. I just gave her 2 ounces of half-strength formula to see if she'll keep it down. She has her follow up appointment with her pediatrician this afternoon so Mom is going to help me get her there.

I'm still pretty sore and haven't been able to eat much myself, which is also making me feel weak. I tried a banana and some rice this morning but it didn't want to stay down. The stabbing pain in my right shoulder from the CO2 just won't go away... but the doctor said it could take a little bit to get rid of.

So we're just trying to cope at home today and get some rest. :o)
