Our Christmas

I was very thankful this year to get off from work for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and was able to take the rest of the week off.  That allows us to travel to Minneapolis to visit my grandparents and extended family on my side, which doesn’t happen very often.  Because we’d be traveling on Christmas Eve, we celebrated Christmas with the kids the day before that.  I knew there were things wrapped that they could use in the car and for the weekend, but also that we certainly didn’t need to travel with ALL those wrapped gifts in the car.  It’s all so strategic. 

Bill likes Sangria so I got him a kit to make it and a schedule of monthly dates, complete with a bag of popcorn and seasoning and movie tickets.

He surprised me with a Silhouette Cameo, which is similar to a Cricuit cutting machine.  I already have SEVERAL projects which I can use this for!  He’s so good to me!
