A family that picks together, stays together. And we’re on a mission to get our share of apples!
We all loaded on the tractor for our ride. And then got off and had to get on another tractor when this one stopped working.
But we got to the apples eventually and found the selection was much better than last year. They were actually ready VERY early this year too. And had great flavor!
Claire got the hang of it… as long as Dad gave her a lift. She wanted to pick the ones up off the ground and eat them too, so we had to keep an eye on her.
I love the piggies and the bright blue sky. (This is one way to keep her from eating the bad apples!)
Henry got his pick too. The strollers always come in handy to help tote the apples as well as the children!
And when our bags were full, it was time to wait for the trolley again.
Now what to do with the apples. I think we’re due for some applesauce!
